WITHDRAWAL

You can return your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you received your order under the following conditions:

a) The products are unused, unopened and in their original packaging along with any accompanying material
b) The packaging and accompanying material must be in their original condition
c) The return request must not exceed 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – WRONG PRODUCTS – DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

Upon receipt of the order you must check within 24 hours the correctness of the order and the integrity of the products and packaging. If you find errors, omissions or damage during transport to your order, please contact us immediately either by phone at 2551 305864 or by email at info@marvas.gr so that in the event of damage, we can request legal compensation from our carrier .
You have the right to return defective products or wrong products if you declare it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.
After 14 calendar days from its delivery, it is considered that the product was received in perfect condition and any returns and exchanges are not accepted.
RETURN AND SHIPPING COSTS
As marvas.gr is exclusively an online store, all returns are made through a courier company. The resulting expenses are charged as the case may be:

In case of withdrawal, the return costs are borne by the buyer.
In the case of returning defective products or products damaged during transport, the return and shipping costs are borne by marvas.gr.

In case of incorrect product shipment, the return and shipping costs are borne by marvas.gr. The buyer must only keep the product in excellent condition, unused, its packaging intact and including the original contents and any accompanying material.

In case you want to choose another courier company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by you even in the case of defective products, wrong order or damage during transport.
Parcels returned by another carrier with a recipient’s fee will not be accepted

WHAT TO DO

•

You fill in the return form that you will find inside your order.
• Box the product(s) together with your return form and receipt to protect them during shipping.
• Contact or visit the nearest store of the courier company through which you received the package.
• Send the products to the following address: Marvas Coffee Palagia Alexandroupoli, 68100 at the expense of our company, informing the carrier that it is a return. In the case of withdrawal with a cash refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
After receiving the return, the products will be checked to determine if the return conditions are met.
REPLACEMENT – REFUND

In the case of withdrawal and after checking the return, you can choose to buy other products of the same value from marvas.gr or get your money back. The amount refunded to you will be equal to the value of the goods minus the cost of shipping

Refunds are always made by transfer / deposit to the bank account you indicate on the refund form.
