Blend of black teas from Ceylon, India and China. Quite strong and tonic, drunk mainly in the morning. It is combined with what accompanies a good, English breakfast.
Dosage
1 teaspoon, about 2 g., for 250 ml of water.
Temperature
The ideal water temperature is 90 °C, just before boiling.
Extraction
For proper extraction, the tea must remain in the water for 3-5′.
It is drunk
Ceylon tea has a unique taste and you can enjoy it plain. Alternatively, you can add the sweetener of your choice or a little milk.
