Arabica (Coffea arabica)<\/strong>: Arabica coffee is more common and considered high quality.<\/span><\/pre>

It is grown at an altitude of 1100m up to 1950-2000m, has an egg-shaped shape, is quite developed in grain size and has a high density. Tastewise, it has a pleasant and sweet taste due to the fairly low caffeine content and always offers lively and intense aromas. The higher the coffee tree is grown, the tastier and more aromatic coffees we have.<\/span><\/pre>

This is due to the fact that at such altitudes there is no environmental pollution of the \"city\", exhaust gas, diseases, polluted water, etc., it is also worth noting that the species of Coffea arabica is more vulnerable to diseases and micro-organisms and easily may be damaged. One reason is, as we mentioned above, the low caffeine content. Caffeine is an ingredient that helps to defend the fruit on the tree, it is even capable of killing any microorganism or insect that attacks the fruit.<\/span><\/pre>

Robusta (Coffea canephora)<\/strong>: Robusta is famous for the aggressive character it has in the taste, the strong characteristics of earthy flavors with mild aromatic qualities.<\/span><\/pre>
